If every Dunedin resident who voted in favor of Medical Cannabis came to a meeting and each spoke for 3 minutes the meeting would lasts 24 hours a day for almost 40 days. I have yet to see sufficient information that would warrant any ordinance that goes against what the citizens of Dunedin overwhelmingly (75% in Pinellas County) Voted for. You simply do not have enough information to warrant any type of ban.
