    I fully support a focus on the pre-policy values of inclusion and diversity. There is value in diversity. If our boards and committees had a more diverse perspective then perhaps it would be more responsive to the current needs of our community. I thank you for your commitment to term limits on those boards and ensuring that every voice has a place at the table of Dunedin government.
