Given the history of the relationship between Bank of America and the City, it would be a disservice to the public not to include any and all precursor meeting minutes while making this decision. Further B of A does NOT reflect the Dunedin standard of inclusivity and non-discrimination. In 2019 BofA agreed to pay $4.2 million to resolve employment discrimination allegations brought by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. This company has faced over $211 Million in fines for deceiving customers and breaking financial rules. (https://violationtracker.goodjobsfirst.org/parent/bank-of-america)

I raised these concerns in 2018 over issuing municipal bonds. You stated that it was time to bring ethics into your procurement considerations. Since then I haven't seen anything about that. As stewards of our tax monies, you have an obligation to uphold the integrity of our values when spending them and financing the most unethical bank in America does not reflect Dunedin's values.
