I have concerns that some of the requirements of the ordinance are unenforceable. How do we verify offered amenities and food plans? We don't want to do the license plate checks as they do in the beach communities for sure. I really like that Pools etc have to be brought up to current code. I'm wondering how that impacts someone who already has a conditional use permit with a pool that is grandfathered. I would want to make sure that the pool is brought up to current code.
