2.f) Approval of an Agreement and Purchase Order with Lorick Associates, Inc., (LAC) to Implement Efficiency Recommendations in the amount of $135,322 for Phases A, B, & C; and authority for 'Additional Optional Tasks' for "Phase D - On-Demand Enhancements" (at a cost of approximately $28,000 to $31,000), to be billed on a "Time & Materials" (T&M) basis, if necessary, and ONLY after a written request to proceed by the Director of Public Works, and with the City Manager's approval.
