One of the business owners in downtown Dunidin commented on TV that you should expect a Little Hustle and Bustle when living in downtown. Unusually loud Music and Boisterous Celebrating till the early hours of the morning is not a Little Hustle and Bustle. A business owner not doing their due diligence as to city ordnances pertaining to the operation of their business is on the business owner to figure out not the entire community. I hope that common sense will prevail when deciding this issue. It's not lost on me that few if any Business Owners or City Commissioners who will decide this issue live near enough to Downtown to expeirence this problem on a daily basis.

My name is L. Frizzell, and I am a resident of Dunedin. I live on Broadway, next to Dunedin Mix. I would like to see clarification related to amplified sound. And I am fine with local businesses holding music and beverage/food venues outside after 11:00. The reason I purchased downtown, in spite of being retired, was the liveliness and energy of local breweries and businesses. Thank you.
