Has there been discussion about lengthening the left turn lane heading west on Causeway Blvd onto Gary Cir.? With all the new cars entering Gary Cir. to residents' townhouses, the hotel + winery, there could be quite a wait on Causeway blvd. to make that left hand turn, blocking the 2 lanes heading to Honeymoon Island. Traffic problems at intersection could also be reduced by having a right turn only out of the development onto Causeway blvd at eastern most end.

    1. I would like to have it explained why there is now only one entrance and exit and it is on the residential street (Gary Circle) while the original plans reflected an additional entrance/exit on Causeway Blvd. It doesn't make sense to direct the additional commercial traffic on a residential street especially when the existing larger buildings all have two entrance/exits.
    2. Why isn't there a drainage pond reflected in the plans? Marina Towers and Sunset Harbour Condos are required to maintain their drainage ponds. Where is the drainage for this new property going to go?
