My concern is with the already increasing number of people traveling our streets and using utilities. How will the current infrastructure support 90 new apartments with potentially one to two vehicles each? Add to that a hotel with rental cars to add to the congestion. We have water shortages each year as is, now with so many more people coming and going, how will that be managed?
