1.a) Agreement of Purchase and Sale between Highland Memorial Gardens, Inc. (As to Parcel 1) and Ann E. Whitley (As to Parcel 2) and the City of Dunedin for approximately 44.00 acres +/- located at 1900 Virginia Avenue.
In the SUPPLEMENT: Agreement for Purchase and Sale there is reference to a 1/28/2021 Settlement Agreement between the "seller" (Ann E. Whitley) and the "current occupant" (Robert Hackworth, Sr.). Does the Settlement Agreement grant Mr. Hackworth, Sr. a life-estate, and if not when must he vacate Parcel 2? Will the Settlement Agreement be made public?
Also, how much of the $10 million goes towards each parcel? Can any of the County or Grant funds go towards the purchase of Parcel 2, or are they restricted to the purchase of Parcel 1 as that is where the environmentally sensitive land is?
