    I believe that Weiss provides the best value for Dunedin. While not charging for paralegal or assistant time and exercising the option of breaking out code enforcement hours separately. (Your own code adoptions suggest independent legal representation for CEB proceedings anyway) If you pay your attorney by the hour he never shuts up. If you pay your attorney a flat fee he will get the job done and not waste your time. Simple as that.
